Two siblings, the family olive groves, the easternmost edge of Crete, 3,500 years of history, an eye to the future: the ingredients of an amazing journey, our “taxidi”.
We personally handle the care of our olive groves, the harvesting of the fruit and the production of our olive oil. Through the methods and processes of permaculture and natural farming we work for the adoption of agro-ecology in olive cultivation in our local community.

We pay attention to every single step of the production process in order to ensure the superior quality of our product all the way from our olive groves to your table.
We firmly believe that reconnecting consumers and producers, and the food production process, is the key to a sustainable future for us all. So we are building our “olive farm”: a meeting point, a place where we can share all of our knowledge on olive oil and sustainable and regenerative farming with you.
